Cyber Hauler Service Notifications
Program description
When you opt in by submitting a quote request with your phone number on cyber-hauler.com, or by texting Cyber Hauler first, you agree to receive text messages from Cyber Hauler related to your quote and service — including quote responses, scheduling confirmations, arrival updates, and follow-ups about your junk removal job. This is a conversational customer-care program; we do not send marketing or promotional messages.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service request. Typically up to 5 messages per quote or scheduled job.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opting out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send you a final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, submit a new quote request or text us again.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your information is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Service terms
- Quotes are estimates based on the photos and information you provide. Final pricing depends on actual volume, weight, access, labor, and disposal fees, and is confirmed before work begins.
- We haul non-hazardous household and commercial items. We cannot accept hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals, asbestos, fuel, or biohazards.
- Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Same-day service is subject to availability. Scheduled windows may shift due to job durations, traffic, or weather; we will keep you informed.
- Items removed become the property of Cyber Hauler upon pickup and may be donated, recycled, or disposed of responsibly.
